Adult Level II Technique & Fitness Swim Lessons

Swim smarter. Move more efficiently. Build endurance.

This program is designed for adults who already know the basics of swimming and want to improve technique, efficiency, and confidence in the water.

  • Freestyle (front crawl) efficiency and body position
  • Breathing technique and timing
  • Stroke mechanics (catch, pull, recovery)
  • Kicking efficiency and balance
  • Endurance and pacing strategies

Adult Level I - Beginner Adult Swim Lessons

Build confidence. Learn the fundamentals. Feel safe in the water.

This program is designed for adults starting from zero or overcoming fear.

Scheduling & Monthly Tuition

Your weekly lesson day and time are reserved through monthly auto-pay, with tuition processed on the 1st of each month. To keep enrollment active, swimmers are required to maintain a credit card on file through their Customer Portal account.

Lessons are held weekly on the same day and time for consistency and steady progress.

Monthly tuition is based on the number of scheduled lessons each month, with standard billing typically reflecting 4 lessons per month. If your lesson day occurs 5 times in a given month, tuition may reflect 5 scheduled lessons for that month.

Punch Passes for Private and Semi-Private Lessons

Punch Passes are a flexible option for families who need private and semi-private lessons but are not looking for a reserved weekly lesson time. Families may purchase a 5-pack or 10-pack of private lessons and schedule lessons as needed, based on their availability and our current openings.

Punch Pass lessons are scheduled by appointment only, and specific days, times, or instructors are not guaranteed.
